I'm Kerry Jayne Jackson, a licensed Florida Broker with 27 years of real estate experience and a career built on helping buyers, sellers, investors, and homeowners make smart, protected decisions.

Over the years, I've worked with many different types of sellers — including traditional listings, buyers purchasing homes directly from For Sale By Owner sellers, and FSBO homeowners who needed help near the end of the process. In some cases, I've negotiated directly with FSBO sellers so my buyers could purchase their homes. In other situations, I've helped FSBO sellers get to the closing table while charging only a small fraction of what a full listing commission would have cost.

That real-world experience is why I understand both the opportunity and the risk of selling your home on your own.

I've seen where FSBO sellers can save money, and I've also seen where they can lose money through incorrect pricing, weak marketing, emotional decisions, contract mistakes, inspection issues, appraisal problems, confusing contingencies, or signing documents they didn't fully understand.

That's why I created the For Sale By Owners Equity Edge Membership — to give homeowners a smarter, safer way to learn the process before they risk their equity.

My goal isn't to talk every FSBO seller into listing with an agent. My goal is to help homeowners understand what they're doing, know what questions to ask, protect more of their equity, and recognize when they can handle something themselves — and when it may be wise to hire professional help for only the part they need.
