Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and EquityEdge FSBO LLC ("EquityEdge", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the EquityEdge website, course, or coaching (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EquityEdge provides an online educational course and related coaching designed to help homeowners sell their property without a traditional real-estate broker. The Service is educational only and is not a licensed brokerage, legal, tax, or financial-advice service.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
  • infringe intellectual-property or other rights;
  • interfere with the security or availability of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, denial-of-service);
  • reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the course materials;
  • share your account or bypass access controls.

4. Intellectual property

All content, software, materials, and branding forming part of the Service are owned by EquityEdge or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service and course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Payments, taxes, and billing

EquityEdge FSBO LLC sells the Service directly to you. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe is not a party to this agreement and does not act as the merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added based on your billing location. 6. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. No professional advice

Course and coaching content is for general, educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or real-estate advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any property. You are responsible for your own decisions and for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where that limitation would be unlawful.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify EquityEdge against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which EquityEdge FSBO LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
